High pressure will build over New England today. Low pressure will develop off the mid-Atlantic coast Monday before moving slowly up the East Coast Monday night into Tuesday. High pressure will build over the waters late Tuesday into Wednesday...but a cold front will pass through late in the week. The Small Craft Advisory may need to be extended into Tuesday with another for Thursday.
