Synopsis
Tranquil weather conditions are expected tonight as high pressure moves farther away from Texas. Winds and seas will increase for Friday through Saturday morning...with small craft advisories in effect...in advance of a cold front...which will sweep through the Lower Texas coast later Saturday morning. The passage of the front will increase winds and seas even further... and small craft advisories or a Gale Warning may be needed in response to the stronger winds and higher seas. Marine conditions will improve early next week as surface high pressure centers itself nearby.
