The National Weather Service in Juneau has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for heavy snow... which is in effect from 3 am to 3 PM akst Monday.
Strong front will begin spreading wintry weather across the advisory area starting late tonight through Monday. Precip will start out as snow late tonight. Expect snow amounts of 2 to 6 inches across the advisory area through Monday afternoon before the snow begins to change over to rain.
