continues for
the Altamaha river at Charlotte.
* Until Thursday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:45 am Sunday the stage was 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 17.1 feet by this
evening. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
* Impact... at 21.0 feet... homes affected on North Bank of river just
downstream of gage.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Altamaha river at Baxley.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:45 am Sunday the stage was 78.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 74.5 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 78.5 feet by
tomorrow early afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact... at 82.0 feet... Davis Landing Road and Morris Landing Road
are flooded.
