Synopsis
A strong cold front will move east across the coastal waters today...bringing with it high winds and seas...as well as numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms. Most of the rain will end from west to east during the late morning and early afternoon...but the high winds and seas will persist. Winds will diminish Monday night and Tuesday as a high pressure system builds across the eastern Gulf...but seas will be slower to diminish and may remain at advisory levels into early Tuesday afternoon.
