Visibilities are expected to lower to 1/4 of a mile across all of south Texas including the coastal Bend...Rio Grande plains and Victoria Crossroads through 4 am. Motorists should drive with caution in areas of reduced visibility. Use low beam headlights and allow extra time to reach your destination. The fog is expected to lift by mid morning.
