Persons commuting Monday morning will need to allow extra time to reach their destination...use low beams...and allow extra room between vehicles for safe travel.

Statement as of 1:46 am CST on November 23, 2009

... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST this
morning...

Light winds and clear skies have resulted in areas of fog
developing across North Texas. Visibilities will continue to drop
through the early morning hours... with areas of dense fog becoming
likely toward early morning. Visibilities will be reduced to less
than one quarter mile at times and will be most likely to occur in
low lying areas and rural areas. Visibilities are expected to
improve during the mid morning hours.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will be reduced to less
than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down... use your low-beam
headlights... and leave plenty of distance between you and the
vehicle ahead of you.
