Statement as of 7:42 PM MST on November 22, 2009

A band of moderate to heavy snow associated with a Pacific cold
front will be pushing east across Sweetwater County through midnight
tonight. One to three inches of snowfall has already fallen across
western Sweetwater County from this snowband as far east as Rock
Springs. The snow should arrive at Wamsutter by 830 PM. 2 to 3
inches of snowfall is expected across most areas of Sweetwater
County by midnight. In addition... west winds of 15 to 20 mph will
cause some drifting snow to occur. Anyone traveling on Interstate
80 should exercise extreme caution due to the slick roads expected.
