Special Weather Statement
Statement as of 3:08 PM MST on November 22, 2009

Light to moderate snow is expected across most of western Wyoming
through this evening... before decreasing. A burst of heavier snow
is expected early this evening as the cold front moves through.
The snowfall will create slick roadways and sharply reduced
visibilities. Total accumulations of 2 to 3 inches will fall in the
Jackson and Star valleys with 4 to 5 inches possible in the north end
of the Star Valley. Three to 6 inches are expected in the western
mountains. With a few favored locations in The Tetons receiving up to
8 inches. The Upper Green river foothills will see an inch or two
with 2 to 4 inches along the West Slope of the Wind River mountains.
Motorists should check Road conditions and current forecast
information before traveling.
